The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina

Calling all fans of “Riverdale” – the show’s executive producer is introducing this new show which is a reworked version of the 1990s sitcom about a high school student who is half witch who has to deal with teenage life as well as fight a demon overlord who wants to possess her soul. Kiernan Shipka stars as the main character Sabrina Spellman. Shipka told The New York Times that she “loved the feminist quality of [the show]” as it addresses the challenges that girls face in a male-dominated world. “The way that her character is so multidimensional and still so young, but driven and smart, brave and selfless at the same time,” Shipka said.  “That was really fascinating to me.” October 26 Netflix.

House of Cards

Robin Wright Penn is President now, and Diane Lane and Greg Kinnear are joining the cast for the final, eight episode season. How will they write off Kevin Spacey’s character as he was kicked off the show following sexual harassment claims against him? November 2nd Netflix.
