New Girl Scout Cookies to Try!

Calling all breakfast lovers! Come get your hands on the newest delectable flavor of Girl Scout cookies: ‘Toast – Yay’. Coming in January of 2021, the newest Girl Scout Cookie is french toast flavored and dipped in rich vanilla icing. These cookies are shaped as mini french toast squares, making them cute and irresistible. Along with this new addition to the Girl Scout originals, Girl Scouts will also be offering their classic flavors: “Lemon-Ups, Lemonades, Thin Mints, Caramel deLites/Samoas (depending on your region of the country), Peanut Butter Patties/Tagalongs, Do-si-dos/Peanut Butter Sandwich, Shortbread/Trefoils, Toffee-tastic, Caramel Chocolate Chip, and Girl Scout S’mores.”
During the pandemic, The Girl Scouts of America have made amazing contributions to the community by donating cookies to frontline workers and donating cookie earnings to their community. While serving tasty and delicious cookies, The Girl Scout’s have given back to society during these trying times.
Because Covid-19 interrupted the 2020 Girl Scout cookie-selling season, the organization developed the Girl Scout Cookie Care, an online platform allowing customers to place orders and ship cookies right to your door! The website also allows customers to make cookie donations to those in need during these times. As for the upcoming 2021 season, some Girl Scouts have developed “socially distant sales and deliveries” methods and “virtual cookie booths”. In light of the hard times, the Girl Scouts of America aspire to bring happiness and joy to communities, and they believe that the new ‘Toast-Yay!’ cookie will do just that.
