In this clever and entertaining sequel, Momma Incredible is chosen to be the face of a Superhero Comeback Campaign due to her stats as the most efficient Superhero.  Ultimately the whole family of Incredibles are necessary to save the day, but we love the girl power theme underlying this movie. Netflix. 

Destroyer

This thriller stars Nicole Kidman as an LAPD detective who we meet after she has survived an undercover stint in an LA gang, and learn about the traumatic events that have transformed her into an unrecognizable shell of her former self.  Critics are saying this is Kidman’s best work yet. Directed by Karyn Kusama.
