When the husband writes a scathing article about the leader of the newest drug cartel who is a customer of the wife’s store, the couple and their young son have to flee for their lives, suddenly becoming migrants on their way to America. Stephen King calls the book “Extraordinary” and others have said it is the most important book of our times.
