Girl Tribe Recommends: Indoor Sports to Play at Home

For most of us, it’s hard to stay on track with activities during these hard times. Most of us are worried about normal workout sessions, sports classes, and other activities not happening, but there’s a multitude of sports and activities that can be done at home. To maintain a healthy lifestyle, it’s important to keep up with physical activity, and it’s important to give your mind a break from staring at a computer all day. While it’s common for most people to binge-watch shows on Netflix or sit glued to their laptop during times like this, being active and motivated is strongly recommended. Especially in the new normal, the best thing to do is to keep busy and active to stay joyful when looking after your body and mental health.

Carrom

A traditional, two-player game, but can also be played with four people playing with teams of two, where both the opponents will be seated on each side of the board opposite to each other. Carrom allows you to simultaneously build your cognitive and focus skills.

Hoola Hooping

Most of us enjoy hoola hooping, and it is a great way to engage and entertain yourself. It’s a simple piece of equipment that gives you an excellent workout at the same time. Also, there are different skills and activities that you could show off to your friends and family!
